Going to the gym

Ok so there was an article in Glamour that stated the good things about going to the gym and doing sports...  It said that:
1. It helps you get a goodnights sleep,
2. It's anti-aging and it makes your skin glow,
3. It makes your brand expand,
4. And it'll make you less hungry.
